What does the hourly venue fee include?
The venue is equipped with furniture, round tables, rectangular tables, reception chairs, linens, floral arrangements, BUTLR® staff, on-site venue coordinator, and in-house audio-visual capabilities.

Can I extend the hours of my event when the event is in progress?
Yes, we may allow for an extension at 150% of the hourly rate.

What does the bar package include?
301 East Scenic is the exclusive provider for all beverages and staffing as a part of the bar service at your event. Every package includes bar glassware, bar staff, bar fruit, mixers, soft drinks, still water, sparkling water, liquor, garnishes, wine and ice as selected from our beverage menu.

What A/V & Lighting is included in the venue fee?

  • Portable Flat Screen TV
  • Inset lighting

Do you have to rent the whole venue, or can you rent individual spaces?
Because our venue is intimate we only allow whole venue rentals.

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
In order to secure a date for your event at 301, a non-refundable 30% deposit is due within five (5) business days of the contract's date of issuance. An additional payment equal to 20% of the estimated total is due one-hundred-eighty (180) days prior to the actual event date. The remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to your event date.

Do you offer tables and chairs?
Tables and chairs are included in the venue rental fee. Use of our outdoor lounge furniture is included with the rental as well.

Am I responsible for cleaning up?
301 East Scenic will have the event space cleaned and ready for your arrival. During the event we will have a cleaning team on site to manage all restrooms, entryways and passageways for your guests. At the conclusion of your event, it is the client and/or event planner’s responsibility to do the following:

  • All event items must be removed from the venue during the load out
  • All rental items (decor, furniture, etc.) must be picked up during the load out
  • Remove all trash and place in the dumpsters outside the venue
  • If in-house seated reception furniture (tables and chairs) are used it must be placed back in the event storage

Do you allow outside Caterers?
No, here at 301 East Scenic we pride ourselves on giving you the best culinary services. Food trucks may be permissible provided that we approve and they carry insurance. 

How many people can 301 host?
In our interior room we can seat 24 and with the deck included we can seat up to 50. The standing room only capacity is 80.

How many restrooms are in the venue?
Our venue has one restroom.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have a ramp that brings you right to one of our entrances.

Where do guests park?
We have private parking next to our building for our guests. A parking attendant may be onsite to assist with parking.

Event Planners
We will work with approved event planners. They must work within our parameters and carry insurance naming 301 East Scenic as an additional insured as well as waiving subrogation.
